WORKING ON THE FARM

Feeding old vegetables to the geese, turkeys & chickens
(we just call them all chicks)

In our corn patch, John prefers to show off his zucchini on his head. In a couple of weeks they will pick corn off the stalks and then cook and eat. They think that is so cool.

They ate broccoli ( Bella says, block-lee) and green peppers right off the vine. They also pulled up carrots but there was too much dirt on them to eat raw.

Making sure the chicks only eat the bugs in the garden and not the food. Bella thinks it is really gross that the they eat bugs:)

They have no fear of the big chicks. They act like they have always been here.

All the morning chores done.
